Each house has a resident warden and a number of deputy wardens who provide daily support so that you can have the peace of mind that someone will always there if you need them.

Most of our staff have been with us for many years and have a wealth of experience between them. Their friendly approach will soon have you settled in and enjoying a peaceful life with us.

Being a very small housing association, we are able to get to know all our residents personally and so are able to provide a much more individual level of service.
